Sandra Merkle
I have grown up in Upper Arlington my whole life and graduated from The Ohio State University. I went to Saint Andrews for grade school and married one of my Bishop Watterson classmates, Sam Merkle. We have been married over 30 years and have 4 children, 2 of which are members of the group! I love taking our Golden Retriever, Cleo, on nature walks around Columbus and I especially love watching all the growth our great city has experienced since I’ve lived here.
Jason Merkle
I am a graduate of Ohio University and bring years of Real Estate experience along with a vast knowledge and background of networking and sales in the Central Ohio area, most recently in the craft beer industry. I have never been stung by a bee and my days off consist of window shopping at Records Per Minute, or hiking the nearest trail. I am committed to my clients and love what I do.
Mary Merkle
I graduated from The Ohio State University with a dual degree in Logistics Management and Italian and I am a Delta Gamma Sorority alum. While I initially started my career in the logistics industry, after watching many episodes of House Hunters and purchasing my own home, my love of Real Estate was born and I decided to become a Realtor. I am looking forward to providing my clients with the best Real Estate experience possible. In my free time, I enjoy reading fiction novels, practicing yoga, and exploring Columbus’ amazing restaurants.
Veronica Merkle
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with degrees in Real Estate and Marketing. In college, I was a member of Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity, served as the Vice President for the Women’s Club Volleyball Team, and started my own gift wrapping service. I love playing and learning any sport (volleyball, ultimate frisbee, spike ball, and pickle ball are my most recent ventures) and being creative by following YouTube DIY projects or crocheting tutorials. I’m also a big fan of dogs. I’m so excited to continue in this industry and to help my friends and clients achieve their Real Estate goals.
Patrick Bouchard
After graduating from The Ohio State University with a Master’s in Education, I now work as a middle school English teacher. When I’m not working as a Realtor, you may run into me jogging around German Village or hosting trivia at a bar near you. I am committed to getting my clients the best deal possible and making sure they are completely satisfied with their real estate experience.
